Treeview apartments lithonia ga7/3/2023 ![]() Like I said, I move in here only because I was getting ready to have my baby the next month so I had to find something quick. They have the nerve to want to charge a $500 fee to move into a different unit with increased rent. Just this morning, I'm sitting in the bathroom and a rat ran under the door and almost gave me a heart attack. From the plumbing issues, to the ceiling falling in the bathroom, to the roaches, not being able to use my dishwasher, stove not functioning properly, a/c unit blowing hot air, the constant noise, the constant lies from the leasing office, the trash that is all over the property (but you take issue with me sitting my trash at my door), to now rats. After I give bad reviews and reopen the request someone miraculously shows up to put a bandaid on the problem. ![]() Each one has been marked completed by either Daniel or Alphonso but no one has been to the apartment. Since living in this apartment I have submitted 35 maintenance request. I put a request for pest control.took several weeks to send someone which was a waste of time because they nothing. Then the scratching in the walls started. After a few days I started noticing roaches everywhere. I had to do a thorough deep cleaning before moving my family into the apartment. First, the day that we moved in there were cigarette butts in the sink in both bathrooms, trash in the closets, mold in the dishwasher and a strange odor in the apartment. Worst mistake ever but i can only fault myself for this one. Being new to Georgia and about to have a baby in the coming weeks, I had to rush into a place. I wanted to take a while before giving my review. Stop moving people into units thats should be condemned. Office staff and maintenance should do their job. This is sad!! Hot weather is already here and I have to buy box fans to cool of any apt I pay $1,195 a month in rent for! Just terrible service all the way! I pay my rent on time every month since I've been here and have been having problems ever since. I called today and was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes once they talked to the manager and never heard back from anyone!. I've called the office multiple times asking for an expectation of when they plan to repair the issue and all I hear is "let me ask the manager and I'll get back with you" or " we know about the issue and are working on it". The maintenance person said my entire unit needed to be replaced and they would tell the leasing office. I put in a maintenance request on, no one came to check out the issue until 4/29/21, after I called multiple times. ![]() Actually longer the new company took over in March I was waiting for the new company to settle in.
